Abstract
Open AccessCutaneous neoplasms exhibit a wide histopathological spectrum, often posing diagnostic challenges due to overlapping clinical features. This retrospective study analyzed 66 cases diagnosed between January 2022 and December 2024 at a tertiary care center in Gujarat. Benign tumors were most common (69.7%), with keratinocytic tumors being the predominant type (40.9%). The face was the most frequently affected site (34.9%), and nodular lesions were the typical presentation (63.6%). Histopathology remains essential for accurate diagnosis and timely treatment of skin tumors.
