Abstract
Open AccessLittre's hernia is defined as the protrusion of Meckel's diverticulum through any potential opening in the abdominal wall. It is an infrequent complication (1% of existing diverticula), with few cases reported in the medical literature. We present the clinical case of a 78-year-old male patient with abdominal pain in the hypogastrium and right iliac fossa, associated with a palpable inguinal formation that was diagnosed as Littre's hernia.
