Abstract
Open AccessMedical professionals are well educated regarding the causes and strategies to prevent lifestyle diseases. Paradoxically, many within this population suffer from these same conditions, underscoring a substantial knowledge-to-practice gap. Global research indicates that physicians, despite their expertise, encounter increasing incidences of lifestyle-related disorders, frequently attributed to occupational stress, prolonged working hours, inadequate sleep, and irregular food patterns.
