Abstract
Open AccessBackground: Cervical disc herniations rarely spontaneously regress. Case Description: A 28-year-old female presented with myeloradiculopathy attributed to a C6-C7 cervical disc. She opted for conservative management and fully recovered neurologically 3 months later. The follow-up MR study at 3 months showed marked reduction of the disc herniation, whereas 6 months demonstrated near-complete regression. Conclusion: A 28-year-old female who originally presented with a C6-C7 disc herniation and myeloradiculopathy. Six months later, she experienced full spontaneous neurological recovery without surgery and the magnetic resonance-documented near-complete C6-C7 disc regression.
