Validation of an online course on introduction to entrepreneurship and innovation in nursing and health.

OBJECTIVES: to validate an online course on introduction to entrepreneurship and innovation in nursing and health. METHODS: this methodological study focused on the structural and content validation of the Introduction to Entrepreneurship and Innovation in Nursing and Health Course. Ten expert judges participated in the validation process and completed a questionnaire to assess the course's validity. The validation used the following parameters: Content Validity Index, Content Validity Coefficient, and exact binomial test. RESULTS: the course was validated in the first evaluation round. The expert judges highlighted the lack of faculty and professionals with well-developed entrepreneurial skills, the curriculum's emphasis on care-based training, and logistical issues related to the course. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS: the findings demonstrate high structural and content validity of the course, highlighting its theoretical and methodological quality and its alignment with the current context, which demands greater access to programs that foster entrepreneurial training in nursing and health.
