MAIN BODY: A position statement has been formulated by the Arabic Association for the Study of Diabetes and Metabolism (AASD) to address the complexities of diagnosing non-diabetic hypoglycemia. This statement highlights the challenges and pitfalls, covering key areas such as the vast spectrum of non-diabetic hypoglycemia within underreported subspecialties.
