A new species of Afroeudesis Franz from Burundi and Rwanda (Coleoptera, Staphylinidae, Scydmaeninae).

Afroeudesis includes five species, of which one occurs in South America, two in Africa, and two in sub-Himalayan southern Asia. A new species is described, Afroeudesis (s. str.) bururwa sp. nov., based on specimens collected in Burundi and Rwanda.
