Abstract
Open AccessThe invention discloses novel NOD-, LRR-, and pyrin domain-containing protein 3 (NLRP3) inhibitors featuring a 2H-pyrazolo-[3,4-d]-thiazole scaffold. These NLRP3 inhibitors exhibit significant potential as therapeutic candidates for neurodegenerative diseases, including Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease.
