Novel N‑Arylquinoline-4-carboxamide Derivatives as Prostaglandin F Receptor Antagonists.

This patent highlight describes the development of novel substituted N-arylquinoline-4-carboxamide derivatives as potent, selective antagonists of the prostaglandin F (FP) receptors.
