Abstract
Open AccessRenal oncocytomas are benign epithelial tumors accounting for 3-7 % of renal neoplasms. While typically solitary and indolent, oncocytomatosis, characterized by multiple bilateral oncocytomas, is exceedingly rare and poses diagnostic and management challenges. We present the unusual case of a 55-year-old man who initially underwent a left partial nephrectomy in 2008 for a solitary renal oncocytoma confirmed histologically and, after 15 years of surveillance with no recurrence, presented in 2023 with bilateral renal lesions.
