Abstract
Open AccessExamination of a first-time syncope in a 76-year-old man revealed a large, space-occupying arachnoid cyst almost completely occupying the left frontal, parietal, and temporal lobes and showing a midline shift to the right. Syncope can be the initial clinical manifestation of a space-occupying arachnoid cyst.
