Abstract
Open AccessA 17-year-old with 80% total body burns developed secondary sclerosing cholangitis (SSC) 3 months post-injury. This rare liver complication, confirmed by imaging, highlights the need to consider SSC in burn patients presenting with cholestatic liver dysfunction. Early recognition is crucial for timely management and improved outcomes.
