We report a 67-year-old female diagnosed with ovarian mesonephric-like adenocarcinoma (MLA) and treated with a comprehensive regimen. This case emphasizes the urgent need for standardized diagnostic criteria and evidence-based treatment protocols for ovarian MLA, aiming to improve clinicians' understanding and support clinical decision-making.
