Abstract
Open AccessMyeloproliferative neoplasm (MPN)-related glomerulopathy is a rare, late complication of MPN. Mesangial matrix expansion seems to be the histopathological hallmark. Proteinuria may not always be present. Further exploration is warranted to determine whether risk factors-including disease entity, mutation status and treatment regimens-predispose to the development of MPN-related glomerulopathy.
