Abstract
Open AccessWe report a case of uncomplicated erysipelas of the abdominal wall in a 39-year-old immunocompetent man. Prompt recognition of this atypical presentation is essential to prevent diagnostic delays and complications. Abdominal wall erysipelas is rare and may be overlooked. Careful clinical evaluation ensures accurate diagnosis and timely management.
