Pediatric Floor of Mouth Lipoma: A Rare Case Report.

This case highlights the rare occurrence of a floor-of-mouth lipoma in a pediatric patient, emphasizing the importance of including lipoma in the differential diagnosis of oral masses. Magnetic resonance imaging facilitates accurate preoperative characterization, and complete surgical excision ensures excellent outcomes with minimal recurrence risk in anatomically complex regions.
