Abstract
Open AccessTransrectal Endoscopic Ultrasound-Guided Pelvic Abscess Drainage (EUS-PAD) is a minimally invasive technique for treating pelvic abscesses, especially those that are difficult to reach. It offers several advantages: reduced infection risk, shorter hospital stays, lower costs, less radiation exposure, and a bridge to safer, elective surgery.
