Abstract
Open AccessAs a not-for-profit open access journal, FEBS Open Bio is proud to support the scientific community not only through the publication of open access articles available to all but also through the charitable activities of FEBS. In this editorial, we look back at some of the highlights of the past year and look forward to the new initiatives planned for 2026-all aimed at supporting our community, the scientific community.
