Open AccessOBJECTIVES: This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (intervention). The objectives are as follows: To compare the efficacy and safety of busulfan and melphalan (Bu-Mel) conditioning chemotherapy with carboplatin, etoposide, and melphalan (CEM) conditioning chemotherapy for autologous haematopoietic stem cell transplantation in children and young adults (0 to 21 years of age) with high-risk neuroblastoma.
